Geist Repeat is a top-fermented premium lager that draws inspiration from the traditional German Kölsch. We took an ale and brewed it like a lager to give you the best of both worlds. The Geist Repeat is pale golden in colour with a refreshingly light palate, delicate mouthfeel and faint fruity aroma.
Brewed in Cologne, Germany, "Kölsch" has a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) within the European Union. Its style characteristics were laid down in the "1986 Kölsch Konvention", where it is defined as a light coloured, highly fermented, hoppy, clear, top-fermented beer.
